We are looking for a Team Assistant to join a leading independent property company in London.  The ideal Team Assistant will ideally have been to a secretarial college or similar and gained a year of office experience. The Team Assistant will be working in a smart office, where the main job is running the sales/lettings department and assisting with all the secretarial administration. This is a fulfilling role where the staff was very well treated and you will be faced with all kinds of clients. Your responsibilities will range from answering busy phones, typing property details, following up with documentation and presentation work, database management, diary management, updating the website and mail outs to applicants. The company is highly successful, and the employers have a great work ethic. The office has a ‘work hard, play hard’ feel, and the team are intelligent individuals who work their socks off in the week, but have fun in their free time. This job is for candidates with enthusiasm, energy and strong communication skills. Ideally 6 months to a year solid office experience, advanced MS Office and touch typing 50wpm +.
