An innovative and advanced Medical company are looking for a fantastic Office Coordinator to join their exceptional team!

The team has been brought together on the basis that they are high achievers with a great attitude and enthusiasm towards their groundbreaking work. They are now looking for an Office Coordinator who can ensure that the busy office runs smoothly as well as supporting other business activities. A successful Office Coordinator would be an individual who is cost conscious, exhibits great leadership skills as well as being able to develop and implement changes effectively. As an Office Coordinator, it is also essential that you are able to provide motivation to the team through the means of setting goals and demonstrating persistence. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure maximum efficiency and that Office policy is adhered to 
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Management Team 
  • Manage and organise meetings and meeting rooms, facilities and catering 
  • Maintain files and records with efficient filing systems 
  • Meet and greet visitors 
  • Monitor office expenses and place orders for office catering supplies 
  • Provide input into company policy and guidance documents 
  • Assist in the delivery of key projects as directed
