Admin job, £11 per hour (plus holiday), 6 months with potential for temp to perm, Basingstoke, parking

Your new company
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a leading company which operates across many sectors including housing, education, industrial and transport. Their site is currently growing and looking for temporary support to help in some of their teams.

Your new role
You will be aiding the administration for purchasing cards being used by employees. This includes maintaining user accounts, coding transactions, monitoring cardholder spending activity, managing the reporting and analytics for the card holders in addition to aiding in other general administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You do not need specific background in the above duties, however you will require:

• Immaculate attention to detail
• Administration or data entry experience
• A focused approach- does not get distracted easily
• Computer literate (including experienced in using excel)
• Strong Communication skills
• Proactive and analytical approach
• Organised
• Team player

The role is planning to run for 6 months with the possibility of going temp to perm. Paying £11 per hour (plus holiday).
