A boutique financial services company based in Mayfair are looking for a Team Assistant to support their team. Based in beautiful offices you will be joining a supportive, friendly and approachable team where you will have the opportunity to learn a lot.
In this position you will be managing diaries, booking travel, administration, documentation/reporting, handling client information, preparing client packs and much more. There would also be the opportunity for this role to become client facing should you want to progress down this route.
They are looking for a proactive, organised and autonomous candidate who is able to hit the ground running. You must have experience within a similar role and environment and want a career within the boutique finance industry.
