A world renowned financial services firm is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant for their HR department. This firm believes in providing excellence and integrity in their service at all times. The opportunity to grow and develop in your career has arisen with this role.
This exciting opportunity based in London, requires an Executive Assistant to support the head of talent development, five HR managing directors and the head of international HR. As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for extensive diary management, arranging itineraries and meetings and therefore must be highly organised. In this role you will be required to manage expenses and process invoices. You will be required to support the team with documentation and correspondence, therefore, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Along with the specific responsibilities of this role, you will be responsible for general administrative duties of the firm as well as ad-hoc duties as required.
Due to the fast-paced nature of this role, previous experience in a similar role is required. If you a friendly person who enjoys people orientated work then this is the role for you! The ability to liaise with clients and colleagues comfortably is ideal. If you enjoy a challenge and enjoy working in a multi-faceted role then please apply.

· Proficiency at Microsoft Office skills
· Experience in SharePoint is ideal
· Ability to handle confidential material
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to multi-task
