Are you a looking for a to join a fun a vibrant team within a household renowned beauty Brand? We are currently looking to recruit a E-commerce Customer Service Assistant.to manage our clients direct sales business.

Based in super quirky South West London offices, you will predominantly work with the wider e-commerce team to manage all e-commerce logistics including customer returns, refund processing and liaising with third party companies. The duties of this role include, processing payments, managing KPI’s, providing assistance to customers and liaising with courier companies.  

A large element of this role is to work closely with different teams of the company including the dispatch and e-commerce logistics team, as well as the HQ team so you must be a great relationship builder and clear communicator. You must have the ability to build a great rapport with customers, providing them with a friendly and compassionate service, yet also remain confident when dealing with customer complaints, resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner.
