Are you interested in working for a non-profit organisation that aims to secure a sustainable environment on an international level? We have a new role as a Multilingual Administrator for a successful international client and we are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious team players with an excellent administrative track record and keen interest in a process and project based role. Besides excellent English, candidates are expected to be fluent in French, Spanish or Polish with at least knowledge of a third language.

As Trilingual Administrator you would be involved in busy project management/coordination that would be well suited if you have superb administration and organisational skills. The Administrator will be an integral member of the Administration team working across all countries in the EMEA on a wide range of projects. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional who enjoys an administrative driven role, dealing with clients on a daily basis, researching and composing reports and ultimately completing the relevant admin projects within a limited time frame. Closing date for applications is 13th February 2018 and before applying keep in mind that this Administrative role requires someone to speak at least 3 of the following languages fluently: English, Spanish, French, Polish.

Profile

  • Fluency French, Spanish or Polish is essential
  • Excellent English
  • Knowledge of a third language besides the above is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, for dealing with clients and writing reports
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Administration Executive or Administration Coordinator or Data-Entry Executive
  • Previous experience in working for a charity, NGO or governmental organisation beneficial
  • Demonstrable skills in client focused but administrative and process driven roles
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • High levels of accuracy
