Team Assistant - Immediate Start

Team Assistant - immediate start for a Team Assistant to work for City Brokers.  You will be based within the Investor Relations Team.

This booking is for about two months during a very busy period for the client.  You will work in a small team and be able to pick up systems and processes and hit the ground running.  

You will have previous experience of handling multiple diaries at any one time. Able to multi-task and remember things is essential for this position.  If you have experience or organising roadshows or working very closely within this dept. this would be a huge advantage.  Preparing documents for sign off. You will be able to cope well under pressure and have a real muck in attitude.  

This is a fantastic experience where you will learn so much.
