Office Manager & Executive Assistant

A leading financial organisation currently has a new opening for an Office Manager to run their London Office.  Responsibility will also include looking after a team of support staff and provide Executive Assistant support as and when required. 

Duties will include:

  • Full office management duties of the London Office to ensure the smooth running of the office and address any issues.
  • Budget control and overseeing vendors and contractors and reviewing
  • Organising events internally and externally and training 
  • Manage a team of assistants which will include staffing, workflow management, appraisals and reviews
  • Executive Assistant duties - diary, travel, meetings, documents, expenses, reports.
  • Distribution of office communications

You will have previous relevant experience of managing a support team and working within a high paced, demanding environment.  Excellent communication skills internally and externally.  Strong leadership and management skills.  Mature and tactful and able to handle confidential and sensitive situations.  Able to multi-task and prioritise.  Ability to work independently.  Resourceful with an operational focus.
