Amazing Receptionist - Leading fashion PR Agency

My client, a proudly independent, fashion PR agency, are looking for a sparky Receptionist to join their sleek London office. This role requires a proactive and friendly individual who will be the first point of contact for all visitors in the office, including some VIPS! Along with a great salary you will receive excellent benefits as well as working for one of the best agencies in London! In this Reception role you will be the face of the office and greet all visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.  Your day to day responsibilities will be answering the phone, managing meeting rooms and keeping the office tidy at all times. The Receptionist must ensure magazines are up to date and presentable alongside making sure the music playlist and TV channels are suitable and correct. A big part of this role is to provide junior secretarial support to the PA and wider admin team, so being a team player is key! This is a busy office so there is loads of room to do more and really become a right hand person to the Office Manager.
 
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 reception experience (6 months+) and be willing to learn. It is vital to have excellent organisational skills and work well under pressure.
