Customer Services Administrator Temporary - 6 months

My client is a not for profit organisation in Telford who are looking for a strong Customer Services Administrator on a temporary basis for 6 months.

Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator you would work between 25-30 hours a week. This is shift work working between 08 - 20 and call handling shifts out of hour shifts between 07 - 00. Within this position for Customer Services Administrator you would be working a range of workstreams, initially on a flexible rota pattern of 25-30 hours per week. You will be responsible for receiving calls from both healthcare professionals and the general public. You will be expected to deliver an administration service with the highest of standards ensuring that a quality service is delivered to the business.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have a standard of education comparable to five GCSE's/Grade 4-9 including Maths and English, ECDL or equivalent experience, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and dedicated to providing the very best patient experience. Previous call handling experience and or customer service experience would be an advantage. Full training will be given.
