I am working with a wonderful international business who have a boutique office based in the heart of the West End. They are looking for an exceptional OM /PA to oversee the day to day running of the London office and to work alongside their two senior EAs.
They all speak French and English and it is a pre-requisite that this person is a bi-lingual French speaker. Ideally you'll have experience of working in the financial services industry and be looking for a job which offers stability and where can you can work for a number of years.
This is a great team. They are dynamic, work very hard and are right at the top of what they do. So they need someone extremely experienced who can look after the following:
- Be the conduit for the administrative functions between this office and the other international offices
- Welcome and induct new starters, making sure that all new employees are set-up from an IT perspective
- Prepare and revise quality presentations
- Prepare and participate in certain committees and meetings
- Organise travel and work closely with the EAs
- Be an HR conduit between London and the head office
These are just some of the tasks. In short, they are an expanding team and they are lookign for someone who really wants to get involved, make the role their own and this ia hugely rewarding opportunity where you will be well looked after.
