PA to MD and team within Corporate Finance for top City Investment Bank

MUST HAVE SOLID IBD / CORPORATE FINANCE EXPERIENCE

Supporting teams of up to 6 individuals in corporate finance

  • Your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organizing Travel, Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals 
  • Submitting Call reports and I-track
  • Arranging conference call   -  internal/external
  • Working within a team of 7 assistants and covering for absence
  • Coordinating team events
    .
    Essential Skills:
  • Sound knowledge of Outlook
  • Flexibility
  • Being proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Must be very comfortable with diary, travel and expenses
  • Investment banking (corporate finance exp)
  • Multi-tasking Been able to prioritize 
  • Ability to work with C-Suit clients
  • Takes ownership of their work

Hours: 8:30am - 6 (therefore regular daily overtime)

£45,000 basic + overtime + bonus + bens
