I have a brilliant opportunity within an Investment Management Business based in the heart of Mayfair, looking for an outstanding HR administrator to support 6 very busy HR Business Partners. This is a temp to perm role to start asap.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to the entry level and experienced hire recruitment processes including writing and placing adverts, liaising with universities, recruitment agencies and headhunters, managing candidate correspondence, setting up the interview schedules.
  • Act as point of contact with the HRBPs for any candidate queries during the recruitment process.
  • To administer starter/leaver processes including documentation and pre-screening as directed by the HR Business partners for both the support and front office.
  • Assist in producing starter and first joiner packs.
  • Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed and updated.
  • Produce monthly reports on headcount, absence and holiday for all staff.
  • Ensure the personnel files are complete, the checklists have been completed, approved and signed-off by the Director.
  • Maintain and update electronic and hard copy personnel records containing employment-related information in accordance with internal policies, processes and GDPR.
  • Providing day-to-day ad hoc administrative support.

Education and Skills

Education

  • Educated to a degree level.
  • CPP qualification/CIPD membership (or studying towards) is highly desirable.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Professional and effective in both verbal and written communication.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office package.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality of information relating to Capula and its staff and maintain compliance with GDPR.
  • Adhere to Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times.
  • Patient, calm and approachable.
