As Secretary within the City based Commercial division, you will support the Head of Department and team with diary management; audio and copy typing; client liaison; email management; organising meetings and viewings etc. You will have advanced Word and mail merge, 5 + years' secretarial experience within a fast-moving professional services environment and strong client focus.
Based on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Requirements:
*5 + years' secretarial / administrative experience within professional services
*Good audio and copy typing - 60 wpm
*Advanced Word and Excel including mail merge
*Good PowerPoint skills
*Ideally experience organising diaries and arranging travel and meetings
*Flair for English language with good spelling and grammar
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Well spoken, clear speaking voice
*Good sense of humour!
Responsibilities:
*Managing diaries and organising meetings
*Audio and copy typing reports, letters, minutes, tender documentation
*Creating and managing electronic and paper files
*Operating the fee invoicing system
*Organising corporate travel
*Assisting with projects
*Answering all incoming calls
*Opening and distributing post
*Dealing with expense claims
*Preparing PowerPoint presentations
*Assisting in drafting and collating pitching material
