Our client is a large global healthcare private business, promoting and offering vision and eyecare products. With a wealth of experience extending well over a century, they are one of the leaders in their field.


Overview:
Their bids and contracts team are looking for additional support to assist with all aspects of the tender process. The team supports their sales process by administering and managing the NHS tender process for their Surgical products.

Responsibilities:
*You will administer the contract database tools and assist in providing reporting and metrics around this.
*You will maintain the tender library and response templates, including regular refreshes and ongoing maintenance.
*You will support the Bids and Contracts Manager with the generation of quotations for customers.

Qualifications:
*You are highly organized and efficient
*You have particular attention to detail
*You are comfortable executing task with minimal instruction
*You have outstanding MS Office skills.
*You are comfortable with working to deadlines
*You are comfortable undertaking large volumes of administrative tasks
