PA to Creative Director

Fantastic opportunity to become part of a creative, lively, successful and growing design business based in West London.  You will totally run the director’s diary, manage their contact with people both internally and externally, make sure they know who they are meeting and what they are doing on a daily basis, ensuring they have all the relevent papers ready and in order for their numerous meetings and events both in London and abroad.  The director travels extensively and will totally rely on you to keep them organised and on track!  There will also be a few projects for you to get your teeth into, working together with the fun team to achieve a common goal.  This is a lovely, friendly company, with ever changing priorities.  A place where your ability to work independently, have fun but work hard, be resourceful and have an ambitious outlook on life, will ensure your success.
