A strong focus (approximately 60%) of this PA in Events position is organising events: external venue investor presentations and roadshows, requiring previous events experience within a corporate environment.

As well as events management, you will provide PA support to the Investor Relations team organising frequent travel and international business trips, managing complex diaries and producing documents and presentations. You will work closely with corporate communications, finance teams, government affairs and senior execs.

Experience working within a global environment is a bonus.

Requirements within this PA in Events role:

*Experience organising and managing corporate events
*Proven PA / EA experience supporting Senior Management in a team environment
*Experience working in a blue chip desirable
*Experience within internal communications advantageous
*Advanced MS Office
*Travel and expenses booking tools knowledge an advantage
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*High attention to detail
