Graduate Candidate Resourcer - Retail / Beauty

We are a well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising of many of the world's most recognised brands. We are poised to make rapid growth within the Retail and Beauty division and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Candidate Resourcer to work closely with the longstanding team.

The role:

Working across both the temporary and permanent Retail and Beauty business, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and acquisition, in person and via Skype, as well as managing the candidate selection and placement processes.

What we offer:

Apart from a generous basic salary of c £18,000 we offer a great deal in return, not least an excellent commission structure in a business that has massive potential to expand and develop at a rapid pace. First year on-target earnings are a realistic £25,000 - £30,000.

We are ideally looking for an ambitious and confident degree educated individual with fantastic communication and interpersonal talents. You will be focused on providing exemplary client and candidate service at all times, whilst being commercially astute with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
