PA to join a Primary school based in Gloucestershire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA  to join a Primary school based in Gloucestershire.  As part of a lovely team you will work closely with governors, senior management team, heads of department and teachers.

This is a maternity cover to start in June 2018.

• General Office Admin
• Organisation of Prospective Parents
• Organisation with head master
• Gate keeping for the Head Master
• Recruitment of new staff
• Update Website and managing social media

A meticulous attention to detail is paramount. You should have excellent IT skills, be well organised, have a professional approach to work and be able to prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines. You must also be willing to undertake further training. You will be expected to manage your own workload and prioritise work appropriately.
