Private PA / Wardrobe Manager Job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
High profile family based in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) are looking for a live-in Personal Assistant / Wardrobe Manager to join their luxury household starting ASAP.
The family is looking for a flexible, committed and dynamic PA who understand's the boundaries of a private household and domestic service.
They require a candidate who can facilitate the principal with managerial, organisational and administrative tasks related to her clothing and accessories at all times.
Private PA / Wardrobe Manager role:

Manage, organise and train the principal’s team of Wardrobe Assistants, including defining and assigning roles

Create appropriate systems for the management of the principal’s clothing, accessories, cosmetics and toiletries, including storing, viewing and retrieving all items and train the team of Wardrobe Assistants on these systems

Oversee, on a daily basis, the proper and organised management of the principal’s clothing and accessories, so that everything is always in perfect condition and ready to wear or use

Work with the Wardrobe Assistants to help the principal in getting dressed, having her hair and nails done, and doing her makeup, in a timely manner, daily

Instruct and work with the Wardrobe Assistants to pack the principal’s clothing and accessories for trips, vacations or dispatch elsewhere

Read, remember and note the brand labels of the principal’s clothing and accessories

Photograph and catalogue individual items and outfits appropriately and according to the principal’s instructions, on an iPad
-
Know and understand the principal’s preferences and products, in relation to the above services and train the principal’s team of Wardrobe Assistants to know and understand them equally

Assist the dressmaker in measuring the principal’s new and existing clothing frequently to ensure that everything fits the principal properly and is ready to wear at any time
The Candidate:

Good fashion sense and style
-
Excellent organisational skills
-
Excellent spoken and written English
-
Spoken and written Arabic & French advantageous

Professional, diplomatic and presentable, with good interpersonal skills

Prior work as a fashion boutique manager, personal shopper, wardrobe manager is essential

Proficient in the use of the Internet, especially for fashion research, online shopping and e-mail communication
Salary: Highly Negotiable
