We’re looking for an experienced and hands on ‘People and Operations’ manager to help build our team. You will need to have a strong track record of ops and project / time management, as well as attention to detail. You be working closely with and be seen as an extension of the CEO. You will be responsible for ad-hoc projects from the management team as well as HR process and growing the culture of the team as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the People and Operations function within a fast growing and high energy start-up environment.

The Office Manager / PA role
The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging and energetic with a hands-on, fast thinking approach. This is a truly unique role, blending HR, PA and office management, with genuine scope to really develop and grow with the role.
Core Responsibilities of the Office Manager / PA
- Managing the diary of the CEO, liaising with external contacts on various time zones to arrange meetings, conference calls, lunches for clients and other parties as well as ensuring all necessary preparation is flagged ahead of time
- Scheduling complex travel, including visas and transfers, ensuring all billing is accurate and itineraries easy to read!
- Being the go to People person, covering all areas of HR from recruitment, employee relations, managing and developing new procedures to reviewing company benefits
- Maintaining and enhancing team culture – including organising social events
- General administration, including minute-taking, formatting presentations, ordering client gifts, arranging client
- Managing and ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Ensure health and safety compliance, and conduct risk assessments
- Writing and implementing operational procedures
- Ad-hoc projects, seen as an extension to the CEO

- Whizz with time management
- Great command of English and excellent written and communications skills
- Comfortable with learning new technology / software for projects required
- Multi-talented multi-tasker
- Strong desire to work in an early-stage start-up and ambition to grow with the company
- Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment
- HR experience and qualifications (preferable)
