Criminal Defence Legal Secretary. 

Are you an experienced legal secretary with particular experience working within criminal defence? Are you looking to join a highly established law firm based in Leamington Spa where you can really further your secretarial career? Then look no further as this is the opportunity you have been looking for! 

Based in the firms Leamington Spa offices, you will provide key support and assistance to a criminal defence solicitor where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to: 
  • Audio/copy typing
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis 
  • Preparing documents/drafting letters
  • Occasional travel to other offices in Birmingham & Nuneaton
  • Carrying out administrative tasks 
As this criminal defence legal secretary role is a busy and hands on position, previous experience working as a legal secretary within a criminal defence law firm is essential, as is a solid typing speed of 75-80 WPM, excellent communication skills and a keen attitude to go the extra mile.
