Our client is the European market leader in promotional merchandise and branding solutions. They are currently going through substantial growth and are looking to recruit an Account Manager for their Healthy and Beauty department.
The company supply branded products to some of the world's best known brands, including: Clarins, L'Oréal, The Body Shop, Google, Twitter, SKY, Nutricia, Mars and so the list goes go. They have over 30 years' experience in the promotional industry and continue to grow year on year.
To support the growth of the business, we are looking for a Account Manager with a real passion to achieve and exceed sales targets as well as providing exceptional service across the board. You will manage some established relationships with health and beauty brands and develop some new business.
The Ideal candidate for this Account Manager role will be sales focused, have excellent administration, communication & interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail, production driven with the ability to prioritise and possess good all-round for computer literacy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To be the primary point of client contact
Deliver creative, competitive pitches
manage long-term collaborative and consultative client relationships
Oversee projects from concept to completion
Focus on the delivery of quarterly and annual sales and margin targets
Work with approved supplier base to ensure that all product development is in line with the customer's expectations
Effectively deal with all types of enquiries from existing clients and new business customers. This will involve identifying their needs and providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turn around.
Person Specification
You will be looking to take the next step in your career and expected to build strong, long term relationships with marketers within consumer brands in the health and beauty sector.
You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels.
You will be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed. Exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role.
