People Manager – HR

Fantastic opportunity to join a well established and rapidly growing tech organisation as their People Manager.  They rank very highly in the 100 Best Small Companies to work for, and have recently joined forces with a market leader in their field, accelerating their amazing growth even further.  This is the most exciting time to be joining them as a new employee, made doubly interesting as you will be in charge of their people management and recruitment. Reporting to the CEO, you will completely own the division, be able to work autonomously, evolve the role of the HR department within the company, whilst ensuring they maintain their place as a great organisation to join and work for.  This is an all round position managing the department, the needs of the employees and their welfare, recruitment, process and procedures and ad hoc projects, so there is never a dull moment.    If you are a graduate, CIPD qualified, have experience of working with a growing company and are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to influence at board level, enthusiasm for your role and an approachable demeanour as an HR leader, this could just be the move you have been looking for to continue and develop your career with in HR.
