HR Manager
With an exciting opportunity to join this loud and funky organisation in Central London, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent and part-time basis. Come join a team that a fun, professional and passionate about supporting talented musicians.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is the leading UK charity for professional musicians of all genres, from starting out through to retirement. They help at times of crisis, but also at times of opportunity, giving people the extra support they need at a crucial stage that could make or break their career. They offer practical, positive support to emerging, professional and retired musicians - whatever the genre. Specifically, they help emerging professionals to develop their talent and get started in a professional career.
What you will be doing?
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team and support our staff and managers across the UK. You will be responsible for advising managers and staff across the full generalist HR remit including: employee relations, recruitment, retention and employee engagement; organisation design, learning & development; compensation and benefits; resource and talent succession planning.
About you?
In order to be successful in this role you must have had experience of partnering with senior management teams in a generalist HR role to deliver a range of services related to HR issues, have an up-to-date knowledge of employment law, and be committed to implementing a best practice approach to people management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with employees at all levels is essential - as is a CIPD qualification.
