PA TO START-UP ENTREPRENEUR

We are looking for a career PA to assist a dynamic, highly successful Entrepreneur with his busy and demanding schedule. This is a pure support role and you will be providing lifestyle support as well as first class business assistance and will be equally brilliant with both! Working as part of a highly ambitious company, you will coordinate things whilst he travels making sure everything runs smoothly in his absence. You will get to work on unique projects that someone with an entrepreneurial character should find highly engaging.  The Principal is hard working and inspirational with a great attitude to working life. Salary                   £35k - £45k depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Extensive and complex diary management
• Gatekeeping
• Managing an extremely busy inbox
• Booking complex and detailed travel with full itineraries
• Full lifestyle support including booking restaurants, chefs, organising parties, holidays etc
• Meeting preparation
• All administration created by the Principal
• Any ad hoc duties required
• Potential global travel

You must have

• 4 years + Experience in a one to one PA business/private role
• Experience of supporting an entrepreneur is essential
• First class PA skills, Pitman/Quest or equivalent preferred
• Typing speed of 50 wpm
• Experience of working through time zones
• Real attention to detail
• Interest in business
• Highly organised
• Caring nature
• A background in a creative industry, start-ups and tech  (Music, film, Media, technology)
• Tech savvy
