Are you an experienced HR manager looking for a new opportunity within the charity sector? Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible, this is a permanent role.

Where will you be working?

Our client is a leading national children's charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer. Based on Great Ormond Street, Bloomsbury area of the London Borough of Camden.

What will you be doing?

You will be the company's stand-alone HR Manager covering all aspects of human resources. If you enjoy a generalist role this will offer you great scope and opportunity within a relaxed, incredibly friendly team.

Key areas will include:-

• Recruitment and on-boarding
• Talent attraction and management
• Employee Relations
• Learning and Development
• Monitoring and managing HR data
• Attending and overseeing the appraisals process
• Maintain effective and supportive relationships throughout the business.

About you.

• Effective communicator, both orally and in writing
• Highly computer literate, e. Microsoft Office Suit
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Previous HR management and generalist experience
• An HR qualification is useful but not essential
• UK Employment Law and regulations experience
• A motivated driven approach
• Degree level or equivalent experience.
