PA to two Partners

PA to two lovely Partners within a modern, upbeat venture capital frim!!
40K - 45K + benefits and generous bonus (approximately 30%-40%)

An experienced, fast paced and punchy PA is sought to support two extremely busy Partners, within an international, market leading venture capital firm based in the heart of Mayfair!

As PA, your responsibilities will include: managing two exceptionally busy diaries, event management, arranging detailed business travel, arranging international meetings and conference calls, booking lunches and transportation as required, administration, conference room set up, general ad hoc. It is essential that you always maintain professionalism as you will have constant liaison with Senior Management, Entrepreneurs and high profile individuals, Board Level Management and their Assistants. The firm have a family feel, despite being international and really care about their staff. They are looking for an experience PA who shares these values.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have strong experience working as a PA / EA supporting Senior individuals. My client are open to candidates from a range of industries from Financial Services to Luxury brands however, ideally you will be a graduate / of graduate calibre. A demonstrated history of excellent communication, organisational, planning and problem solving skills are essential in order to be able to successfully handle two busy partners in this role.
