Russian Speaking EA to Founder of Luxury High End Fashion Brand

To support the Founder in all aspects of her work – initially predominanlty business related but the personal side of the role will evolve in time. You will be the first point of contact for anyone trying to get in touch with her and working autonomously, you will offer first class EA support.

Hours:                  9am-7pm, Monday to Friday

Location:              Remotely with travel between London and Oxfordshire

Salary:                  DOE

Start Date:            ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Responding to and drafting emails and written correspondence
• Responding to and returning phone calls
• Translation of documents from Russian to English and vice versa
• Production of documents 
• Taking and typing up of meeting minutes 
• Schedule and arrange meetings
• Arranging and bookings of venues and meeting spaces
• Diary management, including reminding of important tasks / dates
• Organising / coordinating events 
• Sourcing items (on line, by phone and some personal shopping)
• Miscellaneous tasks

Candidates must be / have:

• Solid experience in a similar level EA role
• Fashion experience desirable but not essential
• Fluent in written and oral English and Russian
• Flexible - able to attend meetings / venues at short notice
• Available by phone 10am - 7pm
• Home based with requirement to travel to Oxfordshire and London as required (likely will be office based in London in 12 months - Mayfair location)
• Excellent telephone manners
• Positive, can-do attitude remaining calm under pressure
• Discreet, proactive, confident and enthusiastic
• Proficient with PC and MAC. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
