What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Administrative support to a team of 25 and 1 support to Executive Assistant.

Key duties:

  • Managing inbound enquiries and filtering to appropriate person
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, lunches and calendars
  • General administration for a larger team

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: 6-12 months office based administration experience.
