This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a reputable Family Estate which owns and manages a large portfolio of prestigious Commercial and Residential properties in West London and the Home Counties. Due to organic growth, this small and friendly team is looking to bring on board a super organised, personable Senior Property Manager who has excellent knowledge of Commercial property compliance and is a fantastic multi-tasker to work alongside the Commercial Director.  This is a very varied and hands on role and is not your classic Property Manager role and will give you fantastic exposure in both residential and commercial markets.

The Commercial element of the role accounts for about 75% of the role and will see you come on board and be the tenant liaison dealing with lease covenants, repairs, rental errors, check electrical installations, insurance & claims, service charges, energy efficiency, ratings and EPC’s to ensure all properties comply with current legislation. Alongside this, you will also assist with invoice processing, visit clients, attending Block Management meetings, produce detailed Spreadsheets detailing all compliance of the properties and address any queries. You will regularly be out of the office, zooming around supporting with developments of properties for both Commercial and residential and working on, through to completing and getting them on the lettings market. The properties they let out are ultra-high end and your role will see you liaising with VIP Tenants, Interior Designers, Builders, Tradesmen, Photographers, Press, Events and Marketing.. and lots lots more. No two days, are ever the same!!

The successful candidate will have a background in Property and an RICS qualification and ideally have Commercial background with excellent property compliance knowledge and can demonstrate that they have excellent legal knowledge of the property sector.

You must have First Class communications skills, fantastic organisation and IT skills, lots of energy and be looking for a really interesting and meaty role where there is real scope to grow. Not to be missed!!
