Our Country department which is situated in our Headquarters on Baker Street, are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diary and email management; document preparation; organisation of  meetings and travel. You will also be expected to manage the offices financial administration such as processing supplier invoices, staff timesheets and sales spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar secretarial role, within the property industry. The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office and a copy typing speed of 60wpm.
