We are recruiting for an experienced private PA to support this charming HNW family located near Valetta in Malta.  The family’s main business interests are philanthropic, and they support many leading charities as well as involvement in the arts and theatre.  The role will be split into 70% private and 30% business.  A truly delightful family with 2 children and animals, this will be a wonderfully varied role, so candidates must be flexible and used to working in a family environment.  Please note we cannot consider candidates without private or family household experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing family affairs
• Running the family accounts
• Household management
• Organising extensive family travel
• Providing full PA support to Philanthropic ventures
• Managing a large event/birthday in the summer for 400 guests
• Overseeing social engagements

Candidates must have at least 3 years private and business experience.  Be fully flexible and adaptable as you will be treated as one of the family.  Please note accommodation will not be provided and you will be responsible for relocating yourself to Malta.  You will be provided with a car and health insurance.
