Out client is seeking 2 months reception and administrative temporary cover.

Description

Based in a busy administrative team you will be involved carrying out general admin tasks including the following:

  • Answering phones
  • Covering the front of house reception
  • Drafting basic marketing information and letters
  • Basic data entry
  • Booking administration
  • Taking enquiries and logging bookings
  • Arranging events etc.
  • Helping to arrange furniture to meet client requests
  • Preparing refreshments

Profile

All candidates must be available to start work on the the 19th February and be able to work until the end of March you will also be fully proficient with all MS Office packages.

Job Offer

8 weeks ongoing full time temporary work.
