We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join a fashion headquarters based in Farringdon. Reporting into the Talent & Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for recruiting a variety of roles for the organisation, a large percentage of the vacancies you will be recruiting for will be retail focused but you will also manage opportunities across Buying, Merchandising, IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations and Corporate divisions. This is a temporary role with an immediate start paying up to £27,000 based on experience.
Person specification
- Experience within an agency or in-house recruitment teams
- Adept at utilising tools such as LinkedIn for pro-active searching
- Experienced interviewer both via the telephone and face to face
- Confident working in a fast past environment
- Plenty of drive, energy and enthusiasm
