Our client are a Global Marketing company. They are looking for a Team Administrator to join their Development Team. The main purpose of the role is to support four Senior Executives with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate will be someone flexible who is highly organised with fantastic attention to detail. You must be reliable, friendly and a team player. The client are open to discussing flexible working hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging global travel bookings, including flights and accommodation
  • Processing multi-currency expenses
  • Booking and managing internal meeting rooms
  • Arranging catering for in-house conferences and meetings
  • Coding and sending invoices to finance
  • Covering diary management of the President whilst the Ops Manager is on leave
  • General admin support for the wider team
  • Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Previous Team support and administrative experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload

This is a permanent position paying £28,000. Pay will be pro-rata’d for flexible or reduced hours.
