French speaking PA role has just become available for a highly proactive, professional self starer! Our client is looking for an exceptional French speaking PA to join a hugely progressive organisation.
As well as using your French language skills on a daily basis you will be involved in duties such as
*carrying out specific projects and research;
*responsibility for accounts and budgets;
*liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
*meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
*Updating and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
*arranging travel, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the Senior executives to provide general assistance;
*dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Senior level executives.
Ideally you will have solid PA experience as well as experience dealing with and supporting senior level executives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking PA looking for some career progression
