Your new role
You will be a Sales Support Administrator! You role will include the following...
- Manage own workload effectively and provide cover for the Sales Managers to promptly deal with customer adminstration.
- Take ownership for system customer set-up, updates, renewals, account closures and any other system-related contractual arrangements for individual customers. This mainly relates to SAP but also includes other customer-related systems such as our own system, SalesForce and other Tabs.
- Prepare accurate forecasts for customer volumes compared to contractual obligations and actual performance, as well as other ad hoc reports and data in support of the ongoing customer relationship, actively looking for opportunities to improve on efficiency and results.
- Work closely with Supply and the Demand Manager to assist with any customer inquiries regarding supply and allocations.
- Ensure the billing process is completed in a timely manner and the raising of correction credits/debits is adhered to.
- Undertake a range of regular, month end and ad-hoc administrative tasks, to include monitoring of transactional activities (e. pricing and billing) to ensure accuracy of data and reporting and systems testing (e. FIT and our own testing).
- Assist with customer hospitality and UK Marketing events and conferences, ensuring events are cost effective and fit for purpose.
- Maintain high level of performance in accordance with HSE and Process Controls and Standards.

What you'll need to succeed
- Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally
- Strong can-do attitude and administration ethos
- Ability to meets commitments, with good innovation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
- Strong ability to analyse data and draw conclusions
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Financial acumen to understand customer-facing data and internal accounting requirements
- Systems knowledge - proficient in SAP SD and Excel
