Bookings Producer – Award Winning Film Editing Company, London E1

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookings Producer to join an award winning film editing company based in E1.  You will be working on TVCs and digital content for their impressive client list as well as top advertising agencies and production companies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in production/operational environments within the film or advertising industry.  You will have the opportunity to really fly with this role and make it your own as you will be looking after a small team, working closely with clients and exploring exciting new opportunities. The right person for this role will be a self-starter, extremely pro-active with great attention to detail, constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies within the business.  You will be confident negotiating, budgeting, managing and scheduling a post-production team. Working closely with agency producers you will be working on parallel projects, with multiple clients so the right person for this role will be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. 

Having management experience, good organisational skills and initiative is a must as well as having a solid understanding of the commercial post production process.
