Based in the heart of the City for an upmarket, international Property company, this outstanding temporary PA role supports a Departmental Head within the Commercial Division of this award-winning employer.

This 1:1 PA assignment requires a charismatic and professional individual to act as an Ambassador, liaising politely and efficiently with clients and acting as a first point of contact for the team. You will also be a first class organiser, experienced at arranging meetings and travel and providing extensive diary and email management. You will have a strong, assertive character and be known for your initiative and exemplary co-ordinating talents with an innate ability to remain one step ahead.

IMMEDIATE START!

Requirements:

*5 years' + senior level PA / secretarial experience within professional services, ideally Property
*60 wpm audio and copy typing
*Advanced Word (mail merge knowledge essential)
*Good Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
*Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
*Strong character
*Flair for organising
*Lots of imitative and a proactive approach
*High attention to detail
*Ability to start immediately and complete a temp assignment finishing in March
