Temp Executive Assistant

Calling Temp Executive Assistants! Our creative agencies need your support! We have a number of EA temp opportunities covering for interim periods as busy agencies. These bookings will start early February. Our clients are looking for experience in either PA or EA capacities. You will ideally have looked after multiple senior staff members and be comfortable picking up adhoc administrative duties for other teams. Main duties include dairy management, processing expenses, ordering equipment, delivering presentations and ensuring all documents are proof read for publishing. These are amazing opportunities for EAs to join multiple creative agencies with some possibility for extension. You must be immediately available!
