Based in funky offices, this creative Team Assistant opportunity is working for a creative organisation and would suit a graduate with at least 6 months experience.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get fully involved in all the aspects of project and PA support. This role supports a team of new business and creatives. You will have effective communication skills and be highly IT literate. This role involves lots of organising and co-ordinating travel, diaries, events etc so high attention to detail and strong time management talents are essential!

To be successful in this Team Assistant role, you will have:
- Graduate essential
- Admin / office experience and the personality to fit in to a small company
Previous experience organising extensive diary and travel arrangements
- Apple, Photoshop & InDesign useful
- Strong English language skills
- Excellent communication, both spoken and written
- Highly organised, methodical approach
- Ability to liaise confidently at all levels
- High attention to detaill

- Diary management
- First point of contact for clients
- Take ownership of project administration
