An amazing opportunity has arisen with a City Investment Bank for a trade floor PA to join their team. This is a really exciting bank to be joining as they have big plans over the forth coming year which will see you as part of an integral part of the change. You will be supporting Head of desk within Equities and the wider team of approximately 8. In addition you will provide integral support for Roadshow and deal team events. This is a fast paced and demanding role, that will see you working alongside two other PA's who support additional teams on the floor. Team work is essential. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• arranging travel arrangements- full logistics including visas - complex trips
• Booking meetings on and off site
• Processing of expenses - using Concurs
• Phone coverage
• Arranging roadshows and events for the team
• Creating and amending presentations

Attitude is everything for this role - you must be hardworking and dedicated, really wanting to make a difference for your team. Clear, concise and professional communication is essential, and team work a must. You must have previous experience as a PA on a tradefloor and with some roadshow exposure, and ideally have proven experience supporting senior management and a large team.
