Account Executive at Events Agency Mayfair

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who enjoys a client facing role, organising logistics for events and has super attention to detail. A top creative agency in the West End is looking for a new Account Manager to join their young and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for organising entertainment for high profile private and corporate events in the UK and sometimes internationally. As a result, you will be managing the logistics related to client bookings from start to end and duties will include writing proposals in response to client briefs, sorting contracts and invoice, liaising with the artists on their performances, organising their travel to and from functions and attending the events in person to manage clients and the artists. It is a fabulously meaty role and requires someone who can multitask, someone who thrives in a busy client facing role, has super communication skills and has an interest in the music and events world. The company pride themselves on offering clients a faultless service of exceptional quality and are well known in their field as a result. The right candidate will be a bright, articulate and confident graduate with at least a year or more experience, good MS Office skills. Events experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite.
