Your new role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be tasked with providing visionary, inspirational leadership to your 8 customer executives, and 4 account managers. You will be responsible for developing and unifying a system of operation and will be responsible for the performance of you team.

Main Purpose of Role:

  • Continually striving for excellence by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal departments and to deliver the optimum levels of customer service.
  • Leading the teams and ensure they are delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Delivering customer driven targets, by ensuring the requirements of the clients are continuously met and exceeded.
  • To support the business and customer by seeking new opportunities to expand product sales/developments.
  • Develop and implement customer service structured procedure, which include achieving world class standards of performance.
  • Liaising with other departments to establish correct/ appropriate information flow, which will ensure the smooth transition of new accounts/projects. Ensure technical/production issues, which are communicated accurately and professionally in response to any customer queries
  • Review the procedures of the department, and ensure that due diligence is followed and is aligned with the SLA's



What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience as a Customer Service Manager, with experience in managing business to business executives. You will need to be driven, agile, inspirational and will need to be able to support and mentor a team of highly skilled account managers and customer service executives.
