A leading management consultancy based in Central London (West End) is looking for an Team Assistant/Bid/CRM Administrator. This will be a temporary role (2-3 months approximately) starting 1st week of November ideally.
The role will sit within the Management office which sits above all their practice areas and handles all new business pitches etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Working on the RFI/RFPs bids- Will involve collating information from the various departments.
- Extensive preparation of powerpoint presentations
- Using excel (v-lookups/pivot tables and amending macros) for pipeline trackers so must be strong technically
- Will also use CRM system to update on all RFI’s
- Experience of process management, data processing
Looking for a graduate ideally (But are flexible) , excellent presentation and communication skills as they will be working with the senior leadership teams. Must have excellent attention to detail and advanced IT skills including Excel.
