We have an amazing opportunity for an excellent company secretarial and compliance assistant who is intelligent and friendly, with superb communication skills and board level experience within the finance sector.
Expectation is high in this role and we need a confident and experienced individual who is looking for a long term career within a well-respected organisation.
The role is working within a team of 4 providing assistance with the preparation of board information and packs as well as assisting with all compliance.
We are looking for an outstanding hire who is anticipatory, team spirited and always willing to go above and beyond.
Job spec:
* Arranging Committee and Board meetings
* Preparation of Board packs
* Taking and typing up of minutes
* Governance reviews
* Reporting Reviewing of agreements
* Maintenance of the agreements database
* Creation of compliance reports
* Complaints resolution assisting with all general administration
* Assisting with compliance projects
Key personal characteristics:
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organisational skills to provide assistance with the preparation of Board and Committee meeting information and packs. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to work well within a small team. High level of personal responsibility in task management to ensure delivery. Skills and Experience of working within a compliance department, experience within the financial services industry is desirable.
