HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

4 month assignment

Amazing opportunity for a bright, ambitious individual with some HR exposure.

 

Main Duties:

  • PeopleSoft data entry for UK payroll
  • Assisting in the running of the Monthly Payroll Audit
  • Corresponding with the MMC Payroll team on Payroll issues and queries
  • Entering/submitting transactions including new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, special payments, etc. into PeopleSoft.
  • Creating and generating various data reports from PeopleSoft
  • Performing routine data and Payroll audits
  • Maintaining Payroll records on the data base and hard copy files
  • Responding to general queries, including Payroll and Benefits
  • Assisting with maintenance of the HC Operations inbox
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the HC Operations Trackers. Track P14’s and ensure they are processed with the MMC Payroll Team

Other Duties:

  • Carrying out any other tasks given by the HC Manager within the scope of the job to ensure effective delivery and development of the service.
  • Maintaining and tracking London employees Vacation
  • Generating administrative paperwork related to the UK Payroll, including employee references, leaver letters and Start date confirmation letters.
  • Administering and tracking CRB checks using our supplier Sterling system
  • Applying to HMRC for necessary documentation, including A1 certificates and Certificate of Coverage
  • Assisting Human Capital in advising employees and supervisors regarding benefits
  • Assisting in maintaining Compliance reports chasing laggards on an on-going basis to ensure 100% completion within set timeframes
  • Assisting with bank account and NI applications

Experience required:

  • Basic administration skills – must have good MS office skills and be competent with Excel
  • Data Entry experience will be very advantageous
  • Previous HR administration experience will also be advantageous, but is not essential
