Account Manager – Global Creative Agency

My client, a global creative agency is looking for an Account Manager to join their creative London offices. You will be working across a range of well-known creative clients and will receive generous pay and great benefits. You will be responsible for day-to-day agency contact and managing client needs across their creative UK and Global accounts. If working on global accounts you could also have the opportunity to travel abroad.

Key Account Manager duties will include day-to-day contact with agencies, attending/scheduling client meetings, working with the product managers to ensure smooth delivery of products, downloading reports, analysing data and invoicing agencies. You must be confident dealing with clients as you will need to present findings and give suggestions to clients over the phone and face-to-face. You must also be confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).   

For this London based role you need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management in a creative agency, you will also be educated to degree level. You must be a team player, good communicator and have an interest in data analysis.
